Fools Delight Circus is a circus dinner show held in the grounds of Ham Court. Lil Rice, Matthew’s eldest daughter and niece of the late, great Nell Gifford, set up Fools Delight after a childhood spent ringside at Giffords Circus and producing their 2021 show The Hooley.

Together with her husband, chef Dave Cross and friend (and clown!) Sam Goodburn they created a Circus Dinner show with family-friendly day shows and adult dinner shows.

Aerial and acrobatic artistry, live music and supper are all served up together. Neither circus nor cuisine takes precedence, instead, they are composed together; skill, flavour, atmosphere and artistry carefully considered to create a summer evening that feels real and beautiful. 

Set against the backdrop of an ancient castle, amongst the whimsy and wonder of weeping willow trees and apple blossom it really is a magical occurrence. See for yourselves - book tickets now!
